We made this video for Barstarzz and calisthenics star Stephen. His story is wonderful and it’s so inspiring meeting someone who has devoted his life to something so intense and disciplined. We shot the video in his bedroom in Hove, East Sussex where he has bars around his bed so he can train 24 hours a day.
